Having undergone extensive refurbishment, The Lion Hotel boasts 14 en-suite bedrooms and 2 Suites all of which have been refitted and decorated in 2005 in a fresh contemporary manner providing guests with a beautiful environment in which to relax.

The grand rooms at the font of the hotel have panoramic views of the river Wye, across the Royal Welsh Show Ground and the hills beyond. The slightly cosier rooms to the back of the hotel are extremely quiet and very quaint.
Although we are currently waiting grading, we hope you will be fully satisfied with the sumptuous furnishings found throughout the hotel. The rooms can be accessed by both stairs and lift and one room is fully adapted for disabled guests. Families are most welcome as too are well-behaved pets.
